Since I'm also a privacy freak, like Nomader, I'll just say that my real name has something to do with my alias. ;D As you can see from my profile, I live in London, Ontario, Canada, where city buses only run until midnight. I am currently in 2nd year Chemical Engineering at the University of Western Ontario also located in London. (Gosh, I wish I went to the University of Toronto. ) I have one older brother and an older sister. My hobbies include walking on the beach, taking long walks in the par... Oops, not a personal. My hobbies include playing badminton, golf, competitive chess, and of course going on NG. My favorite sport is hockey, duh. I'm currently looking into buying a laptop since my computer is fairly old and won't run most of the latest games without major lag.

Heh - privacy freaks all the way! Anyhow, golf eh? I believe we've touched on it before But, no offense to you Canadians, but how can you like Hockey? I mean, I can see how you dislike American football - it's a horribly boring sport, but, for us Americans, it's almost like God... Anyhow, nice meating you Wylo! *c'mon! At least a first name... "

Now, if I was to give away my first name it would give away my whole life, one of those extremely rare names. I've already said too much.
Hockey is our god, although lacrosse is our national sport. We get to see guys fighting on ice. What could be better than that? And you are right when football is boring.

I'll admit, American football definitly has its dull moments. Your sorta sitting there, while they line up... but when the real plays happen... boy oh boy is it fun! Well, looking at our good ol' NHL, my Capitals are pretty much broke. I think that's how I feel about it - I like it, but I really could care less, unless its the olympics.

Too bad I'm too impatient to wait for them to go from play to play. I guess that's why Americans like it, cuz then they can eat muchies, talk about the play, and drink beer during the breaks.
Don't forget about the World Championships and the Allstars game - I love those competitions they hold in the Allstar game.

Fans, angry about a horrible call, (it was truely horrible - "calling for a review" is only allowed directly after the play, and two plays had already gone by - a complete blow to NFL rules), trashed the stadium with beer bottles, with about :34 left to play in the game. One ref had an instant replay shot of a beer bottle hitting him in the head. That's why I like American Football There's a hockey world cup? Geezus, America's out of the loop...

Its mostly dominated by Canada, Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, and Russia.

We in America barely ever hear anything even about soccer - we'll hear: "America won the World Cup. In other news..." - people just don't care. We'd rather hear: "And it's way back... it's going... it's going... it's gone! Out of the ballpark for a three-run home run!... etc." At least that's what I like the most- baseball

But if you can't skate, how are you supposed to go with your girlfriend to a skating rink?
I guess you could try the "Hold me or I'll fall" plea.
